पी. एन. पन्निकर फाउंडेशन द्वारा चलाये गए राष्ट्रीय पठन माह 18 जून से 19 जुलाई 2023 तक , छात्रों ने बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया जिसके अंतर्गत पढने की आदत को विकसित करने के लिये विभिन्न प्रकार की गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है |

The importance of newspaper
Newspapers play a significant role in our lives. They are a part of our daily routine. Reading newspapers can help us in improving our reading habit. Newspapers are a great source of knowledge. Newspapers provide us with news about the political scenario of the country and as well as of the world, sports, trade and commerce and entertainment etc.
Newspapers provide us with information and general knowledge. Newspapers help us to enhance our vocabulary and current affairs. Newspapers also provide us with various job opportunities. Through the advertisement page, we can see vacancies in various government and private firms and apply accordingly.
AUGUST 12: NATIONAL LIBRARIAN’S DAY OF INDIA
A school library is a treasure house of knowledge. . It creates a taste for books after school life. gives opportunities to make best use of our leisure time. It gives us day-to-day information of the world. teachers and the students need a good library in order to keep their knowledge fresh and up to date.
Libraries plays a vital role in the development of our society and country. S. R. Ranganathan, who is known as “Father of Library Science in India”, was the first person one who identified the real need of libraries and library science education in our country.
India celebrates August 12 as Librarians Day in his honour. Dr S.R. Ranganathan formulated “Five Laws of Library Science”. They are:
1. Books are for use
2. Every reader has his/her book
3. Every book has its reader
4. Save the readers’ time
5. Libraries are growing organizations.
Let us celebrate and enjoy the day.........

पुस्तक उपहार उत्सव
पुस्तक उपहार उत्सव पुस्तक उपहार पर्यावरण बचाने की दिशा मे एक सार्थक कदम है । चूंकि पुस्तकों के पुनर्चलन से कागज की बचत होती है । साथ ही पेड़ो की कटाई कम होती है और रक्षा भी होती है । केंद्रीय विद्यालय अम्बरनाथ प्रथम पाली मे 07 अप्रैल 2022 को पुस्तक उपहार उत्सव का आयोजन किया गया ,जिसमे वरिष्ठ छात्र –छात्राओ द्वारा अपने कनिष्ठ छात्र –छात्राओ को अपने द्वारा उपयोग की गई पुस्तकें सप्रेम भेंट की गई। ऐसे आयोजन से जहां एक ओर पर्यावरण सुरक्षा मे सहायता मिलती है ,साथ ही बच्चो मे दूसरों की सहायता करने की भावना जागृत होती है यह कार्यक्रम विद्यालय के पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष के द्वारा प्राचार्य के निर्दशन मे आयोजित किया गया
